XENTRY and STAR Diagnostic System
TEC Automotive has the Mercedes-Benz Xentry or STAR diagnostic system. Therefore we are able to carry out diagnostic check for lights on dash ie: EML, ABS, ESP etc or any other malfunction the vehicle may have.
Leaking injectors won't necessarily bring a warning light up on dash. Take notice of: an engine should idle smoothly, but an uneven fuel supply will cause idling disturbances.
Fuel Scent. Leaking fuel from a faulty fuel injector will create a strong gasoline smell even noted in the cabin. Attend to as soon as you can to reduce the cost of repair. If ignored like photo attached it will increase the cost of putting right hugely.
