Dear Trevor It has now been over a week & I have driven in excess of 1000 miles since you returned my car. I am delighted to say it is running absolutely fine with no hint of any random misfire whatsoever.
Your diagnosis in this respect was spot-on & you have succeeded when both my regular garages & Mercedes-Benz had failed.
I have been particular impressed by your attention to cause & effect followed by repair rather than just bolting on new parts & hoping for the best which was all I received previously until I was directed to you.

I would like to thank you for the excellent job you did installing a reverse light on my Land Rover Defender. The light has made all the differences in ensuring I am able to see clearly any brick walls or other cars while reversing from my drive. I was impressed by the level of expertise shown in this job as it wasn't your 'normal' type of commission on a non-Mercedes-Benz car.
Your wife Esta in particular was exceptional in making sure I was happy not only with the work but with the service while my car was under your care.

Hi TEC Automotive team Thank you for fixing the X5 yesterday.It had a trip to Eastbourne today without a rattle.My suspicion of CV joint seems to have been right.How long did it take to discover?
Fixing it has also corrected the slight dithering in the steering I was getting which was a bit disconcerting. Many thank again. See you next service Denis.
