After-Sales Coordinator
Our After Sales Coordinator, is the primary face that you will most probably see when you first visit TEC Automotive.
They will listen to any queries you have with the running of your Mercedes-Benz and do her best to advise on the best course of action.
Alongside Esta, they may also take your call.
They will remind you of your booking, or your MOT via TEXT, email or even call you. They may also call you to confirm all is well following a repair or diagnostic repair.
Esta Capewell
Founder & Company Secretary
Esta serves as the Company Secretary and is also the wife of Trevor.
In addition to her role, she collaborates closely with Laura to ensure that any inquiries you may have are addressed promptly and efficiently.
Together, Esta and Laura are dedicated to answering your calls and providing any assistance needed to address your concerns or questions. Their combined expertise ensures that you receive the support you require.

Founder & Diagnostic Technician
Founder & Diagnostic Technician. Trevor has a vast experience in the motor trade.
As well as Mercedes-Benz trained, his 30yrs of motor trade experience extends to other vehicles like Jaguar, Nissan Skyline, Porsche, Top Methanol funny Car…. The list is endless!!!
He will turn his hands into anything challenging even custom motorcycle building. He is also a great dad.
